At Homes by Santos, we do it all.
We have an assortment of home plans to choose from, we spec build and we custom build. When we say we custom build we mean it. That doesn’t mean you’ll get charged to move a fireplace, or you can’t make changes once plans are finalized. Custom building is a process, and we understand that. If you bring us a plan we can build it. If you have an idea on the back of a napkin we can help you develop it. If you don’t have and idea, we have plans for you to choose from. And of course we can customize one of our plans to suit you. Thats what we do, we custom build.
